We provide three nutritious and delicious vegetarian meals daily, designed to support the intense physical demands of training. Our meals are primarily based on fresh, local vegetables, tofu, eggs, and grains, following the principles of balance and wellness in Traditional Chinese Medicine.




Live simply and comfortably. We offer shared accommodation (2-4 students per room) with bunk beds, wardrobes, and shared western-style bathrooms with hot showers. Rooms are cleaned regularly. Wi-Fi is available in common areas. Private rooms are available for an additional fee.
