    A perfect introduction to Shaolin culture. Focus on building foundational strength, flexibility, and basic stances (Ma Bu, Gong Bu). A key highlight of this course is the introduction to the traditional "Shisan Quan" (Thirteen Postures Fist), a classic sequence that embodies the core principles of Shaolin movement.
