Shaolin Performance Team in Action

Introduction

What does a professional Shaolin performance team actually look like on stage? The Shaolin Zhongwu Performance Team is a professional international martial arts performance group - and this film captures them in full flight.

Group fist forms, weapons routines and conditioning demonstrations follow one another in a continuous program: the same discipline students train every day, performed at the level the team has shown on international stages.
