Introduction

Where do international students actually live and train when they come to China to learn Kung Fu? In this video, we introduce the Shaolin Zhongwu Research and Learning Base - the campus, its setting, and what makes it an ideal place to train.

Nestled at the foot of Mount Song and adjacent to the millennia-old Shaolin Temple, the base is a comprehensive traditional martial arts learning center that integrates combat training, cultural heritage, and physical-mental cultivation.

Guided by the mission of "promoting the Shaolin spirit and preserving Chinese martial arts," the base draws on the profound cultural heritage of the Shaolin Temple and combines it with a modern, scientific teaching system, striving to cultivate martial arts practitioners and cultural ambassadors who excel both in character and competence. Located on Xuantianmiao Street in the Shaolin neighborhood of Dengfeng City, Henan Province, the base borders the Shaolin Scenic Area and is backed by the majestic Mount Song - a serene environment, free from urban distraction and close to nature, offering students an ideal setting for learning.
