Students from Around the World Train Kung Fu at the Shaolin Temple

Introduction

Just one kilometer from the Shaolin Temple, Master Wei (Wei Fuqiang), founder of the Shaolin Zhongwu Research and Learning Base, regularly takes his students beyond the training halls and into the Shaolin Temple scenic area itself - the birthplace of the art they study.

In this video, Master Wei guides his students through Kung Fu practice in the shadow of the ancient temple: stances, forms, and conditioning that build genuine fitness, taught the traditional way. Training here is more than exercise - surrounded by Mount Song, centuries-old architecture, and living Shaolin culture, students experience first-hand the environment that has shaped this martial art for over 1,500 years.
