On the grand stage of the cultural exchange event in Yangon, students of the base delivered several superb Shaolin Kung Fu performances: from group fist forms to traditional weapons, from hard qigong to animal-style boxing. Powerful yet flowing, every move showcased the perfect combination of strength and grace that defines Shaolin Kung Fu, while the performers' spirit and smiles conveyed the sincere friendship between the Chinese and Myanmar peoples, earning rounds of applause and cheers from the audience.

Between performances, the performance team held in-depth exchanges with local Myanmar martial arts groups and cultural institutions. They shared the training system and the spirit of Wude (martial virtue) of Shaolin Kung Fu, and also learned about Myanmar's traditional martial arts and cultural customs. The team also visited the iconic Shwedagon Pagoda and other sacred sites, experiencing Myanmar's Buddhist culture firsthand, which made the tour a genuine two-way exchange.

Shaolin Zhongwu Research and Learning Base has always embraced "preserving Shaolin culture and promoting international exchange" as its mission. This Myanmar tour gave more international friends the chance to experience the charm of Chinese Kung Fu up close and injected fresh energy into China-Myanmar people-to-people exchanges.

One performance abroad, one seed of culture planted. Guided by its motto "making friends through martial arts and spreading culture," Shaolin Zhongwu Research and Learning Base will keep bringing Shaolin Kung Fu onto the world stage, helping Chinese culture take root and flourish across the globe.
